How do I place an order?

Ordering Method: Select your desired items and add them to your cart! Please complete adding items to your cart.

You can choose to pay by credit card or PayPal.

If you have a valid discount code, you can enter it in the "Discount" field on the right side of the screen. Be sure to click the "Apply" button so the system can calculate the discount and apply it to your order.

Click the "Continue to Select Shipping Method" button. Please ensure you have entered your shipping address correctly (if it differs from your billing address). Once everything is complete, click "Continue to Select Payment Method".

You will need to enter your payment information. If necessary, you can choose to set your shipping address and billing address to be the same.

After completing the form, click the "Complete Order" button. You will be redirected to a page displaying an order summary and on-screen order confirmation information. You will also receive an email confirmation.

What if my order contains out-of-stock items or the wrong items?

If you receive missing or incorrect items, please contact us at suyapahyej6951@hotmail.com. Please provide your transaction reference number (order number) and relevant proof (image file size should be less than 1MB). We will be happy to resend the correct items to you and will not ask you to return the wrong items! You can even give them as a gift.

How do I know if my order has been successfully submitted?

You will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and purchase details.

How can I change the items I ordered?

You can modify your order within one day of placing it. You can contact us at suyapahyej6951@hotmail.com to submit your modification request.

How do I add items to my shopping cart?

Once you see an item that interests you, click the "Add to Cart" button. You will then be taken to the "Cart" page.

Please enter the quantity of items you wish to order in the "Quantity:" field next to the product image. After entering the quantity, you can continue shopping or select "Complete Order."

How do I view the items in my shopping cart?

To view the items in your shopping cart, click the shopping cart icon at the top of the page. After clicking this icon, you can easily change the quantity of any item in your cart; simply update the quantity.

How do I remove items from my shopping cart?

First, click the "Cart" icon in the upper right corner of the screen. This will allow you to see all the items in your cart. Once you find the item you want to remove, click the "Remove" link at the bottom of the quantity list. The item will be automatically removed, and the page will automatically refresh to show your changes.

We accept four major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, and Discover), as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.

How do I pay with PayPal?

PayPal is the most convenient online payment method. After adding items to your cart, you can click the "PayPal" button when you're ready to complete the transaction. You will be redirected to the PayPal website. Please be sure to fill in the correct information to complete the payment quickly and easily.

How do I use a discount code?

The steps to use a discount code are as follows: Select the items you want to order and then click the green "Checkout" button.

Next, you will be redirected to the next page, the customer information page. Please fill in the required information.

You will see a "Discount" section in the upper right corner of the page.

You need to enter the discount code and then click "Apply". You need to check the details listed below to confirm that the discount has been applied and is valid.
