Order Cancellation Before Shipment
Orders can be cancelled as long as they have not yet been shipped or produced. If your cancellation request is approved, we will refund the full amount to your original payment account within 3-7 business days.
Eligible: Unfulfilled orders awaiting shipment.
Ineligible: Shipped products (with tracking numbers generated).

Return Policy – Within 7 Days
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt of goods if the following conditions are met:
The product is unused and in its original condition.
Original packaging and accessories are complete.
Proof of purchase (invoice) is required.
Important Note: Do not send directly to the manufacturer – please coordinate returns via suyapahyej6951@hotmail.com for authorization and address.
Refunds and Fees – Fair and Transparent
Customers only need to pay for shipping once (including a maximum return shipping fee of €1).
No handling fees.
For defective, damaged, or incorrect goods, we will cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement or refund.
Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal) within 3-5 business days.

For hygiene reasons, used or opened e-cigarette products cannot be returned.
If the product arrives damaged (DOA), please send photos/videos within 48 hours – we will immediately replace/refund it.
GEEK BAR reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements.
